Yavuz joined Procat in 2009 and was appointed Applicatation Development Engineer. He provides consultation to customers, implements and customises Interactive Intelligence products and Procat’s products in the Call Centre sector. He has strong technical skills and the ability to work under pressure and has established and developed IT projects from conception to completion. Highly motivated by learning new technologies. In 2015 he was assigned to the role of Application Development & BI Solutions Manager and is continuing to develop and manage Procat’s products.
