First of all, I would like to express my wishes that we can all overcome this challenging and worrying period, which we are experiencing globally, with the least damage.
Each morning we begin with an online management meeting to discuss the current situation, and areas where we need to focus for our partner community and individual clients. We set goals, agree on actions and priorities. We assign responsibilities and review constantly.
In this period, our priority is to protect the health of our families and colleagues. While doing this, we would like to remind you that the continuity of the projects we carry out with our valuable business partners, which we do not separate from our company, is also our priority. In this context, we made some preliminary preparations and identified action plans.
We ensure that every possible department works from home to ensure the continuity of our operations. We use video conferencing, internet telephony and cloud technologies to organise virtual meetings and to share information quickly and securely. In this way, a significant part of the services we offer can be delivered remotely.
In addition, Call Centre Hotel, one of our group companies, is a POP (point of presence) location for multiple telephony & internet providers. This provides great resilience and our building has a very strong infrastructure for business continuity, allowing us to provide various services.
At this critical time, hygiene is of utmost importance. We have sterilised all our operations, working environments and every surface in our buildings to ensure that everyone can work in the healthiest and most hygienic environment possible. We have a continuous deep cleaning programme to ensure that these safety standards are maintained.
In addition, we ourselves have also switched to working remotely. We have identified and implemented some new services to support our business partners’ projects with a more flexible infrastructure. At the centre of these services is our desire to continue to support you and ensure the continuity of your projects and business, with the utmost care to preserve your health and of those employees working with us on behalf of you.
