Eniz Akdağ, who recently served as Assistant General Manager of Operations at Türk Telekom Group, has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Procat as of September 2021.
Eniz graduated in Business Administration and has held various senior management roles at companies such as Telsim, Vodafone, and Avea. In addition to call centre management he has also led on major transformation projects, digital channels and the integration of new technologies into call centre.
