She started her career in the Human Resources departments of international companies in the service sector. With 19 years of experience, including 13 years in management positions, she has gained expertise in recruitment, training, payroll & benefits, and employee experience.

In June 2018, Feyza Güneş joined the Procat team as the Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Human Resources Director in January 2022. She is married and a mother of two daughters.
