Taylan has been working at Procat since 2008, providing complex project management for mid and large-scale speech and IVR implementations. He implemented the first voice verification project in Turkey in 2009 and has gained unrivalled experience. He is involved in the deployment and management of speech projects involving ASR, Call Steering, TTS, Voice Biometrics, Speech Analytics. He is experienced in telephony, IVR and speech applications and has worked in the finance, collections, automotive, insurance and airline industries. Currently, he has the role of Senior Director, Speech Services.
