Procat expanded its product and service offering with Speechouse, a group company founded in 2006. Speechouse was founded to provide applications and projects using advanced speech technologies such as speech recognition, speech analysis, speech signatures, text-to-speech conversion, virtual assistants, and natural language perception routing.
In 2010, the first Call Center Hotel (CCH) concept in Turkey was founded by Procat. CCH provides the outsourcing of call center company locations, facilities for periodic projects and proof of concept facilities for clients that want to identify their needs before investing in call centers. Focused on a hotel concept, CCH enables the healthy and efficient growth, flexibility and redundancy of a call center equipped with the latest technologies.
