Any data on modules such as Quality, Quiz, Payroll can be used in the system. At the same time, you can manually add data to the KPIs you created on the system. You can create a performance scorecard with these KPIs and give a average percentage to each KPI.
You can specify the data type, average and period of the KPI (Daily/weekly/monthly) you have created with the KPI generator in the performance module. Then you can add data to the KPI you created with Excel or different methods.
You can use Excel, web services, SQL / Mysql / Oracle.
Both data and access links can be created via the database or web services of the CRM or call centre. Your data in any CRM or call centre tool can be defined as a KPI and you can create performance scorecards with these KPIs.
