What are we doing?

- In addition, we diligently provide HelloFresh with comprehensive weekly reports, keeping them informed about operational developments.
- Taking proactive measures, we offer valuable recommendations to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, CES, NPS, FRC, and AHT, thus amplifying customer satisfaction.
What has been achieved?
Marketing activities were supported by providing access to customers who created a user account on the site and informing them about the campaigns and the system. We helped onboard new clients and provide support services to existing clients.
