Project Goal
We work intending to provide all the information and support that Minted customers may need to support precious metal purchases, sales and delivery services. We are the customer support team for valued Minted clients.
What did we do?
- We responded to customer requests via LiveChat and e-mail.
- In cases where more detailed information/support is required, we make referrals to the relevant departments.
- To create more sales opportunities, we convey the additional services that Minted offers to potential customers via email/chat/phone.
Business Results
Marketing activities were supported by providing access to customers who created a user account on the site and informing them about the campaigns and the system. We helped onboard new clients and provide support services to existing clients.
